MATCH REPORT 30th Jan. RHINOS v SHARKS at Colwyn Bay.

After coming from a 19 point deficit against the Sharks at Colwyn Bay. The Rhinos were unlucky to loose by 1 point (24 - 23) in a very closely fought game. Andre Thomas (Llanidlois) had a very impressive debut at Fly Half scoring a try, 2 conversions and 3 penalties the Rhinos account was completed by a try from Mike Hamer (Rhos). Alun Pryce (Newtown) captained the side and the Rhinos backrow of Eddie McGuire (Newtown), Mike Hamer (Rhos) and Ringo Wu (Wrexham) were outstanding on the night.

The return game against The Sharks on February 27th in Llanidloes should be another interesting encounter with the Rhinos looking for the home advantage to give them the edge to produce a win.
