Shrewsbury maintained their fine form winning their second game 8-4 with Smith (3) and Abell responding for Wrexham. Meanwhile Wrexhams under 8`s drew 6-6 with Shrewsbury in their first game with tries from Blake Turner (2), Ethan-Rhys Williams (2), Rhys Robinson amd Josh Hallem. Wrexham picked up the pace in their second game eventually coming out 7-4 winners in a terrific fast paced game with tries from Robinson (3), Turner (2) and Williams (2) |

The second game saw Wrexham keeping Whitchurch at bay winning 13-9 with Hallem running in a superb eight tries with other scores from Smith (2), Jenkins, Marcus Abell and Niall Hillman. Meanwhile the under eights drew a very tight encounter 8-8 with tries from Cameron Allen (3), Blake Turner (2), Ethan-Rhys Willians (2) and Owen Edwards. Wrexham also played Nant Conwy at the same venue narrowly losing 5 - 4. This was also an excellent game with both teams producing some fine open rugby from end to end.During the second half it was Nant Conwy who took the upper hand with some excellent ball handling. |
