Carmarthen  (W)
31 - 10

More organised and up for a hard game our boys bettered this very physical side in the second of their tour games. On dry hard ground the going was quick. too quick at times, seeing the ball bounce unpredictably high . With try's by Gwyn Edwards (3), Owen Willington (1), Jamie Morris (1) & two magnificent conversions in difficult, windy conditions by Keiron Morris our boys romped to a decisive victory.

Whitland  (L)
21 - 7

Tired from and energetic romp on the Morfa Bay assault course earlier in the day our u13's found it hard to find form against a good strong side. Taking the lead with an early try by Gwyn Edwards which was converted by Kerion Morris, our boys battled fatigue and found it hard to focus. However they did put up some awesome defense work which was bettered on three occasions by a quick & organised Whitland back row.

Waterloo (L)
19 - 50

A depleted and understrength side of 16 travelled to Waterloo on Sunday for a fine display of junior rugby. With most players playing out of position and
an inexperienced pack Wrexham took the lead replying to the host's initial unconverted try with good disciplined play which resulted in a 14-5 first quarter to Wrexham. However a persistent and well drilled home side pack increasingly wore down our forwards and drove a number of tries to fruition.
With unseasonal temperatures of 18c and a continual flow of Waterloo replacements, a number of who are trained at RFU academy sessions, our squad found it impossible to hold back this inevitable. The 50-19 score did not reflect the dogged determination of Wrexham. This was a good clean & hard fought game, no disgrace to loose to the better team on the day. A joy to play. We look forward to a return match when we are at full strength.
